Explaining RSS to President Bush

Last week's Gilbane Conference on Content Technologies in Government uncovered some fascinating trends in records management, information architecture, web governance, and other topics of interest to U.S. government agencies. In a brief write-up for Intelligent Enterprise magazine, I focused on one running theme: Uncle Sam is beginning to experiment with new web technologies, particularly wikis, podcasts, and RSS.
