Web Content Management User Survey

Erik M. Hartman of Hartman Communicatie BV in Holland has released the first of a planned annual series of CMS user surveys. The number of respondents was not huge (79, after some scrubbing), and dataset seems to skew a little awkwardly toward small businesses, Typo3 users, and Argentines. No matter, the results are certainly worth scanning. For example, what were the respondents' two biggest headaches? Systems integration and content migration. And appropos a recent question we received, the two most sought-after CMS features: scalability and ease of use.
