- IOA (Information Organization & Access) 2-day Practitioner workshop or 4-day Master course
What's the difference between the Practitioners- and Masters-level courses?
Practitioner courses last two days and address strategic issues as well as practical topics. The Masters track continues for another two days, and includes specialized material on project development and execution, as well as advanced thematic topics and case study review. The Master course is ideal for professionals who expect to become deeply hands-on in a content technology project. The Masters course also includes a proctored take-home case-study.
In short, the Practioner certificate introduces you to a topic; the Masters certificate empowers you to do something about it.
What certificates do these courses provide?
Successful completion of a workshop and subsequent on-line exam and coursework will earn you the designation of AIIM Practitioner or AIIM Master in these disciplines.
Where can I find a course syllabus or list of topics covered?
