New evaluations of Google, Coveo, and ISYS

This week we released an update of our Search & Information Access Report 2009. Specifically, we've reviewed the latest major releases from Google, Coveo, and ISYS.

Coveo has added scaling and performance improvements as they try to win bigger deals. Both ISYS and Google are claiming the ability index a larger number of documents and more document types. We got the real story from end-users of these tools, and did some of our own testing, for this latest round of evaluations.
