In a little less than a month's time, I'll be teaching a half-day course on Enterprise Search Technology in London. I'm tailoring the course for the current economic climate, focusing on how to reduce risk and control costs when selecting, implementing and maintaining an enterprise search & information access solution. I'll also explore in-depth how to justify the investment in search & information access technology, information that's surely vital in the current environment for many information managers.

The course will be followed by a one-day briefing on enterprise search best practices, featuring an excellent lineup of speakers from the BBC, the House of Commons, CapGemini UK, and Pearson PLC.
