Previously, Pelz-Sharpe was Principal Strategist & Practice Lead for Wipro Consulting Services, where he led strategic consulting on multi-million dollar ECM integration projects. Prior to joining Wipro, Alan spent six years with Ovum, the largest industry analyst firm in Europe, serving for 3 years as Vice President and Research Director for the North America region. Prior to joining Ovum, Alan worked with Andersen Consulting, and prior to that as an independent consultant for more than 10 years, specializing in document and records management, workflow and related business process, engineering.
Pelz-Sharpe has a very high profile within the content technology industry. He has published numerous papers and articles and is the co-author of the book "Web Content Management: Strategies, Technologies and Markets" (published in 2000).
