The Digital & Media Asset Management Report 2008 looks at... ClearStory's lack of XMP support

"The ingest process will automatically extract file metadata, as well as embedded IPTC, ID3, and Office document metadata, but note that ActiveMedia does not yet support XMP, a major shortcoming for enterprises that want to exchange assets across enterprise boundaries. Nor can it import delimited text files for matching metadata with assets, like Artesia and others. "
